At this point, gua sha has officially become one of our most requested live trainings. Every year you ask for it again, and every year we go a little deeper. They covered foundational strokes, how to layer your products properly, how much pressure to use (this is a big one), and how to make it feel like a ritual instead of just another step in your routine. Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been gua sha-ing for years, there were definitely a few “ohhh that’s what I’ve been missing” moments.
