How to Manage Subscriptions
Step 1 Log into your account, then click “Subscriptions.” If you cannot find this page, you may still need to sign-in by clicking My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 2 Here you can edit your subscription, add/swap products, or skip/delay a delivery. If you want to increase or decrease the frequency of a certain product, simply use the drop down selections under Delivery schedule.
In addition In addition, you can also click “Delivery Schedule” on the menu to the left to see when your next shipment will arrive. If you’d like to skip or cancel a shipment, you can do it from this screen as well.
How is this different from the Wild & Beautiful Collective?
The Wild & Beautiful Collective Insider program is our top-tier membership service that you can join by subscribing to a product(s) of your choice. Not only will you receive auto-delivered Annmarie Skin Care products on your own schedule, you’ll receive exclusive perks and discounts, personalized educational resources, and direct access to our community of fellow wellness and beauty enthusiasts and experts. You’ll also get to try new products before they launch! (Oh, and that’s all in addition to receiving surprise Insider boxes filled with gifts from us.)

You must subscribe to receive a product of your choice to become an Wild & Beautiful Collective Insider, but there is no additional cost to join or maintain your membership.

How do I earn points as an Wild & Beautiful Collective Insider?
You’ll earn points on your birthday and every time you make a purchase, refer a friend, or write a review on our website. You’ll also earn points every time you receive the product(s) you subscribed to.
What can I use the points for?
Points can be used towards any new, one-time product purchase. They are not redeemable on product subscription purchases, however.
Can I become an Insider if I live outside of the US?
Yes! This service is available to anyone in the world.
Can I share my Wild & Beautiful Collective Insider membership?
Unfortunately, no. Your Wild & Beautiful Collective Insider account is tailored to you alone.
Can I sign up a friend to be a Wild & Beautiful Collective Insider?
No, but you can refer a friend to Annmarie Skin Care for redeemable points towards your next purchase. Your friend(s) can then sign up for the Wild & Beautiful Collective Insider program.
Can I cancel my Insider membership for free at anytime?
Yes, cancellations can be made in your customer account.
*Please note: We recommend making any changes to your auto-delivery schedule at least one week prior to your next scheduled shipment. This will ensure all updates are completed before your next delivery. Once an order is submitted, our system automatically starts processing it and we’re not able to make any modifications, which includes canceling or modifying orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to make any cancellations or edits prior to the order being placed.
