Last week, we shared a few of our favorite DIY wellness recipes during our live event — simple, everyday creations made with natural ingredients you may already have at home. Each one is easy to make, gentle on the skin, and meant to add a touch of care to your daily routine.
If you couldn’t join us live (or just want to revisit what we made together), here are the full recipes and directions to help you mix your own at home.

You’ll Need
- 13 Tbsp (≈125 g) Colloidal Oatmeal
- 2½ Tbsp Marshmallow Root
- 2½ Tbsp Decaf Black Tea
- 2½ tsp Powdered Milk or Colostrum
Optional Boosters (scale for 5 sachets):
- 2½ Tbsp Dead Sea Salt (extra fine)
- 2½ tsp Helichrysum Flowers (milled)
- 5 tsp Organic Chamomile Flowers
- 1¼ tsp Comfrey Leaf/Root (powder)*
- 1¼ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar Powder
Instructions
- Grind oats to a fine flour and mill herbs to a soft meal.
- Whisk the dry mix thoroughly.
- Spoon about ¼ cup into each 4×3 in organic muslin bag and tie closed.
- Store airtight in a cool, dry place (shelf life 9–12 months).
To Use:
Steep one sachet in a warm bath for 15–20 minutes (or use for a 10–15 minute foot soak). Add ½–1 tsp of your favorite body oil directly to the water (not in the bag). Pat skin dry and seal in moisture with oil or cream while the skin is still damp.
*Comfrey is for external use only and not recommended during pregnancy or on broken skin.
A Few More Ways to Get Creative: The Radiant C Mask & Polish
We also chatted about the Radiant C Mask & Polish during the call — a product with so many ways to use it. You can mix it with:
- Yogurt
- Water
- Another mask (our favorite: Illuminating Pearl Mask)
- Honey
- Colostrum
- Botanical Hydration Mist with Immortelle
There’s no wrong way to use it — just choose what feels best for your skin that day and enjoy a little time to yourself while it works its magic.

These recipes are simple ways to create small moments of care throughout your week. Whether you’re looking to refresh your hair between washes, relax in a soothing bath, keep summer bugs away, or play around with your favorite mask, these natural blends are easy to make and use.
