What do you love about working with ASC?
ASC is so real and so honest that it blows my mind everyday. I love chatting with the people that love our products and our team is all so diverse and passionate that there is always something amazing happening!
If you were to create a tea blend what would it contain?
Any ASC Family Member can tell you about my teas! My favorite tea blends support the body, are loaded with anti-oxidants, and taste fantastic. Here’s a good one for a work day: Dandelion Root, Goji Berry, White Peony, Orange Peel, Skullcap
If you were an essential blend, what would it be and why?
Patchouli, Sandalwood, Lavender, and Geranium.
It’s pretty intense but I love it because it’s a really grounding mix and a great bug repellant! I love being in my garden so the scent is mixed with dirt, fresh air, and sunshine 🙂
What is your favorite Annmarie Gianni Skin Care routine?
1) Citrus Mint Cleanser
2) Dead Sea Scrub
3) Wild Fruit Serum
4) Herbal Facial Oil for Oily Skin
What’s your favorite way to re-charge?
Laying down to read a book in the grass and falling asleep in the sunshine 🙂
What was the most interesting trip you have ever taken? Why?
In 2016, My dog and I went on a coast to coast road trip—Oakland to Boston and back! I drove up to Olympic National Park and then took Route 2 from just North of Seattle, WA all the way to I-75 in Michigan (the expressway I grew up using in Flint), we went through Canada to New York State, blew a tire just outside of Niagara Falls, and made it to Boston a day late and a dollar short but healthy with huge smiles. We camped the whole way on private and public land and visited the people that love us all around the country. I lost my glasses falling into the Atlantic Ocean, moved trees out of an ATV trail with a paracord/pully system to find camping, crossed bridges in the middle of nowhere, recorded night sounds, spent nights in empty fields during torrential thunderstorms, and drove and thought (oh so much driving and thinking). I made a promise to myself that this isn’t something that I did, it’s something that I do. So excited for my next adventure!
What makes your heart smile?
Loud laughter, song birds, campfires, the sound that two trees make when they rub together high up in the forest, the way the Earth smells after it rains.
Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t have otherwise known?
My dog’s name is Maiven and she’s been my sidekick since I graduated from High School. She’s less of a ‘pet’ and more of a best friend that wants to listen to all my long stories and spoken poetry.
