The results showed significant improvement in cardiorespiratory endurance of all the elite athletes.

    I am a nurse, work long hours, and I am under a lot of pressure and stress. I went through menopause without any herbal or medical assist, but I still have hot flashes, and the worst part, poor sleep. I started taking Ashwagandha about 2.5 months ago and I am starting to feel great benefits from it. A friend of mine is an ethnobotanist and he says that I can only be on ashwagandha for 3 months, then off for three months, then back on, etc., because it is an immunomodulator.

    I learned about Ashwagandha when I was searching how to stop severe insomnia. I was awake every night for 1-4 hours. I began with Magnesium glycinate (to relax my muscles) and then added Ashwaganhda. After about five days o f Ashwaganhda I began to sleep more sound. I would wake up, but role over and fall back to sleep. I also felt rested the next day. Not every night is perfect, but I am sleeping so much better now. No more nights staring at the ceiling.
