We jumped into the 2012, but how about soaring…
Happy New Year!
I hope you had a fun and safe night!
My husband and I spent it with close friends and we ending up staying up until 3:00 AM which is unheard of for us (but since we’re on the East coast and still on West coast time, it wasn’t as bad as you would think!) But the conversation kept going on and on and we did not want it to end!
I’ll be sure to put an extra amount of eye cream today so my eyes don’t look so puffy.
Our friends have a fun tradition that Kev and I have done a few times with them now. They literally jump into the new year – so just before midnight hits, you stand on a stair, a chair or the couch and jump at the stroke of midnight.
This is a way to let everyone know that you are ready for what the new year has to bring, that you are jumping right into it!
We also combined another tradition where you have to eat 12 grapes in the last twelve seconds of 2011. It’s very difficult to do and I wouldn’t advise doing it while you’re jumping as well!
Since it is the new year, I wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate you. I hope 2012 is a fantastic year for you, your family and your friends. You deserve it.
I started the new year repeating an affirmation:
“I am ready to embrace new beginnings, simplistic ways, and more heart opening experiences.”
You can use that too if you like. I’m sure it will make your 2012 just as remarkable as you’d like it to be – or even more so!
Like I said the other day as well, I think 2012 could be the year that you reverse the aging process and look younger at the end than you do now.
You can do this by eating a high raw, organic diet, exercise, stress relief and using my amazing skin care products. 😉
If you do want to get started on your routine this year, I also wanted to let you know today is the last day for our “Hello Beautiful 2012” sale to help you get started on your mission to look more youthful than you have in years.
To get this special 12% off deal, all you have to do is use this coupon code when you checkout: hello2012
Again, I appreciate all of you, and can’t wait to share an amazing 2012 with you!
